this lengthy article describes the potential hazards of some fish species that we should be wary of. It’s a global problem and we need to be more careful about what fish we choose to eat.

I know tilapia are bottom feeders, for one.

I really hate to bring this bad news to your attention but feel that I should. Oh, and farmed seafood is another hazard in case you didn’t know.

Oh yeah, eat fish more often and be healthier… Now we must be very careful what seafood we choose.

The rapper

The fish you ate, ain’t that great. Get out the bottle of Kaopectate! Drink it down, and swirl around. Don’t cha wish, you never ate fish, that never-never-never-never really fit your dish?

Now clap your hands and sing this song. You'll never-never-never-never do no wrong!!

Swai is farm raised and I have heard things about it, as well, however the

Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood WATCH rated farmed Swai as having good potential for being a sustainable species.

Well, you are right and I don't eat them either. I saw Swai at my supermarket one day, in the meat

and fish dept. I asked about them and what I learned from the fellow behind the counter was not good. I am so thankful that they tell it like it is at that store!
I guess I was trying to drop the news gently,

My favorite fish is what is in season. Com spring you can get very fresh halibut

which I think is a spectacular fish. I also love Sea Bass, but I believe this fish is on the endangered list. Wild caught salmon, in season is fabulous, as well.
