I just opened the jar of Olallieberry jam that he traded with me (boy, did he ever get gypped in this swap!!) and spread it on a warm scone (as you suggested,Steve) and it is truly amazing!! This was my first Summer of jamming and I know exactly the texture and taste that I'm going to use as my standard from now on.
I'm finishing a batch of Raspberry jam that I infused with some vanilla and added a touch of Almond extract ... I may need to check Steve's list again to see if I'm in for a second round.
