I would enjoy this. When we moved I got rid of soooo many

of my cookbooks because I wasn't sure where we would end up and if I would have the room. Well, I do and I'm still pouting! My birthday is the 22nd so it would be a special treat for me. I'll keep my fingers crossed. By the way, John's birthday is the 26th and I always smile every year how close the 3 of us are. To bad we can't get together and go out for dinner isn't it?

Hey, M, the title is misleading - there are only a handful of rice recipes. There's a wide variety

of other recipes, including chicken, pork, meat, seafood, vegetable, soup, noodle, etc., etc. So, if you're interested in the giveaway, let me know, and I'll add your name.
