slices in triangles and fill with a mixture of cream cheese, honey and orange zest. I have to leave very early the morning of the brunch and wonder if I can put them together the night before?

What do you guys think?

 
Works great. I do the same with pumpkin bread the day before. I put in an airtight

container and sometimes put a damp paper towel over the bread before I put the lid on.
