I'm loving these John Kelly Truffle Fudge Bites with Sea Salt....

bet you could make them at home. Fudge dipped in dark chocolate, sprinkled with flaked sea salt. I love the flavor, and the bit of crunch from the sea salt is really nice.

I really want to try the Caramel with Hawaiian Sea Salt.
