I'm not really hungry, but have a bad case of the want-somethings.

It's been that way all day for me, am chalking it up to a bad-planetary-alignment-thing.

tomorrow will be better. I've been drinking water because I think I was a bit dehydrated and that can lead to hunger pangs as well.

 
Agreed. Also, cup of hot tea, for instance Yogi Tea's Healthy Fast Herbal blend...

I always feel like I HAVE eaten when I drink a cup of that!
