that I don't screw up big time or make a fool of myself. They tell me the 'lead chef' is sort of our own Gordon Ramsay and that one of the students is doing good working for her because she hasn't kicked him lately. KICKED HIM??? I hope that was a joke but we'll see tonight. The nerves got a little more frazzled Thursday when I found out they brought in this Jim Neese (sp) as the party planner - he's from CA I believe, used to design sets or something for Startrek and is this BIG shot. So we'll see how the Old Fart can stand up to the test. Got a bottle of wine in the fridge ready to either celebrate the victory or drowned in defeat.
