Taenia solium, and the amoeba Naegleria fowleri can cause this. My ServSafe

course didn't specifically cover the pork tapeworm among the many other pathogens I learned about.

I did however learn about Anisakis simplex, another gross parasite (see Image link). The FDA's 'Bad Bug Book' lists just about every pathogen known and is not for the faint of heart...
