and also from curious comes to mind and I believe that will be on our NYE menu. DH works till midnight, and I'll have that and a bit of ricotta and crostini to welcome in the new year. I'm posting the Curious recipe since it's what we have made with the balsamic addition. rvb had a simpler recipe, but both are quite good and different. this came to mind when I was over on Smittenkitchen and her latest post was about roasted grapes and olives on crostini.
