cole slaw with buttermilk dressing. I have the ingredients and am ready to make it.

You guessed it, I can't find the recipe. I looked in BA, Food and WIne and Fine Cooking. I was SURE it was in one of those.

Anyone remember seeing this recipe recently?

Savoy Cabbage and Lemon Slaw

Serving Size : 8

8 cups finely sliced savoy cabbage -- or napa cabbage
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup 2% buttermilk
1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated onion
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme -- or 1/2 tsp dried

Combine cabbage and basil in bowl whisk buttermilk, mayo, onion, lemon juice, lemon peel and thyme in small bowl to blend. add dressing to cabbage mixture toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

CRUNCHY COLESLAW WITH BUTTERMILK DRESSING

1 12-ounce package broccoli slaw
3 thinly sliced scallions
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, scallions, and red onion. Reserve 2 cups of the broccoli mixture for another day. Whisk together buttermilk, sour cream, Dijon mustard, kosher salt, and black pepper. Add the dressing to the remaining broccoli mixture, toss well, and serve.

Yield: Makes 4 small servings
