by Ann back in October. I woke up this morning wanting one for breakfast so I made them.

Ann had a couple of questions in her post and here is what I did:

rice flour==brown rice flour because that is what I had on hand

1/2 t baking soda

As the recipe states, the cookies are large and I used a scant 1/4 C. I recommend only 6 cookies per baking sheet so the cookies maintain their rounded shape, so they don't run into each other.

So far, warm out of the oven they are delicious and cure the craving. These are very similar to the ones sold at the Marvelous Market Bakery in Georgetown. I love these cookies--When I worked in Georgetown I bought one almost every day!
