From personal experience on another Molten Lava Cake recipe, DO NOT...

...double the recipe for the same number of servings. A thicker batter will not bake the cake the correct way.

...add more chocolate than prescribed (because how can more chocolate ever be wrong?) Well, trust me. It can and it will.

...think you can test this recipe the normal way. It's supposed to be wet in the middle, so just follow the recipe as written, use the right size pan, use the correct amount of ingredients and if you bake it the written amount of time, it will work.

In this particular situation, it pays to rein in a leniency toward gluttony.
