Injecting turkeys, does anyone have any favorite turkey injection sauces?

Make sure what you inject doesn't have pieces in it. It jams the syringe. Oil the plunger with veg oil before drawing up liquid as well. Oil it slightly and keep it in the fridge or never store the pieces put together. Trust me. Voice of experience. I'd simmer some plain broth with some flavor enhancers that suit you, let it cool, strain it and inject that. Use the butter to baste the bird as well as the remaining broth.

 
butter injection only, made the best roast turkey with others help I've ever made. Used butter only!
