Paul, this is not the pressure cooker, this is their version of the crockpot.

I think, when we refer to IP on our site, it is the pressure cooker, so we should be all good.

I understand that is why I included the picture

but if I were going to buy a new crockpot I would have gone with the Instant Pot after how much I've gotten use from my pressure cooker. Now not so much.

The Instant Pot IS also a crock pot/slow cooker. The Gem is all the things the IP is PLUS

a baking function.
