I will say that from a PC point of view, larger is better--think lamb shanks and short ribs, etc.

Me, too! I have frozen chicken chunks, roasted corn and

lots of fresh veggies to add in to our chili pot. Realize that I haven't really "cooked" anything since January between traveling, carryout and freezer dump smileys/wink.gif Colleen
