Biscuits w/ sausage gravy--I'd never heard of that until moving to southern IN bk in 1976, but that

is one very popular breakfast item in this neck of the woods. I cannot imagine that even making this from scratch and serving a homemade version would be any better for a person's arteries. I prefer my biscuits w/ butter & jam so only slightly better for my health, but I don't eat that every single day either.

 
And if you can get "milk gravy" or "cream gravy", you'll think you've died and gone to heaven smileys/smile.gif
