Interesting article with links on places to purchase pantry items on line. Although many sold-out

Check local bakeries. I found one that sells supplies now too.

I was in heaven. Not only do they have flour, but it’s the good malted bread flour, plus spelt, rye, yeast, and sourdough starter. Be still my heart. Touch less pickup too. So, I’d look around to see if someplace local is getting creative with sales and their wholesale suppliers. Check restaurants too. Some are doing the same. The supply chain for restaurants/commercial is different than groceries and they are overstocked because of closures vs short like the grocery stores. Most are offering curb side pick up. Panera bread and edible arrangements are two national chains doing this as well.

I’ve not had luck with delivery or pickup for groceries. You can’t tell what part of your order is going to show up, so unfortunately I go to the store so I can make substitutions on the fly. However, I diligently follow the protocols Sally and Phil shared and try to stock for 2+ weeks when I go.
