Not T&T, but good idea for a non-alcohol recipe, and to get rid of some creamer you might not like so well(I find the Irish Cream creamer to be too strong in flavor). I actually have some Bailey's to use up, and I think I would use just half the amount of the Bailey's and add a bit of milk.
Speaking of flavored coffee products, try adding a T or so of hazelnut syrup to whipping cream before whipping. tastes ever so nice---just a hint of nuttiness.
