Is anyone using whey in baking? I was thinking of subbing it for

buttermilk in several recipes, both sweet and savory, but I don't want to waste ingredients or make something less than tasty. Any tips? Colleen

 
Whey isn't the same consistency as buttermilk but maybe this would work

Combine whey and some yogurt or a bit of silken tofu to replace the buttermilk in a baking recipe? Hey, it is worth a try.
