Is ground mustard typically really hot, like horseradish? The powder I had been

Chinese restaurants is often made with this product. After mixing, you must let it sit for a while to develop.

Ok, thanks... I dipped my finger in it on the way home and almost ran off

the road. lol My old one must've been really old, like years. Not much of a mustardy taste in this hot one, though. Thanks!
