Is it possible to make the Homemade Oreos without a food processor or electric mixer?

I currently don't have a food processor or electric mixer (not even a handheld one!)

I've been wanting to try these cookies, however, i'm not sure if the cookie would turn out right without a electric mixer.

Thoughts?

Sure you can: Hand held mixer, or by hand (lots and lots of work) but it can be done smileys/smile.gif

Sure, the dough just needs to be mixed up well. It's a bit stiff, like play dough.

The processor just makes it easier to mix.
