I'm putting a tiny bit of sauteed red onion w/ garlic, some chopped oil packed dried tomatoes & a few capers on top. Then wrap them up & bake. I'm guessing on the time & temp. 375 for 20minutes sound about right? the pieces are 8"by3" by 1/2 "

To continue when I so rudely interrupted myself--if you are cooking in . . .

a pre-heated oven, I would check them between 10 and 15 minutes. the fish is very thin and should cook pretty quickly.

How would you check inside the parchment without losing the steam?

Fish turned out very delicious. Cooked about 10 mins at 375 then 6-7 oat 400
