Is this really the best ever carrot cake?

I think Southern Living or Cook's Illustrated carrot cakes are the best.

Here's the link for "dash of sanity" cake. It uses baby food carrots --32oz. which is 4 toddler size jars --expensive!! She says you can use real carrots.

i don't think the picture of the cake looks like an attractive crumb at all. And with no added things (I don't use raisins either) it is pretty plain IMO.
