I wish I had known about this thirty years ago. Peeling the cooked potato was the least desirable part in making a potato salad. Enjoy. It works.

Marg I've tried this method of peeling potatoes and it does work. However, it took a lot longer to

cook large potatoes than it described in the video.

 
Well, that is a cute video, however by the time you score the spuds

boil the water, swish them around in ice water, pull the peeling off, then wash, dry and put away the cooking pan, and dry the bowl with the ice. I bet I could have peeled a few potatoes! What do you think?
