the best recipe ever and we moved and cant find magazine. It is made in mixing flour in 2 bowls. I have tried to contact gourmet but no luck. Thanks

You peel and core the apple put sugar and cinnamon and butter in hole Then wrap it in the most divine pastry. Then you pour a syrup made of sugar, water, butter and cinnamon and lemon juice around the apples and bake. It forms a caramel type juice in bottom of pan. It is the best recipe especially the pastry. i cant believe i losr this recipe.
