ISO: ISO a brownie glaze that hardens. I want to wrap the brownies in a cello bag,.....

I'm going to use them as party favors. Unfrosted brownies would look too plain, but getting frosted brownies into a cello bag will be challenging.

Can I use a yummy chocolate glaze that hardens, so it won't smudge the bag? Got a recipe?

How hard are you willing to go, Sandi? You could always melt candy disks and ice with those.

They'll definitely harden with no smudges. Guess it would depend on how thick you smear it on....the difference between the softness of the brownie and the hardness of the candy coating.

Completely coated, they would even protect from going stale...like chocolate coated oreo cookies.

 
maybe cut them in suares and stick them in the freezer to harden more for ease in packaging them?

 
and I'm pretty sure these would stay really nice when dropped off at a hotel front desk!
