I have a wonderful aunt who always calls me when she is having company over to help her plan her meal. For her next party, she wants to serve a beef tenderloin. She will probably serve a regular gravy with it, but I thought a horseradish-type sauce would also be excellent - as long as it's kosher. We don't keep kosher so I'm not overly familiar as to how to pull this off. Any ideas?
