ISO: Iso a recipe for an appetizer I had at a german restaurant. Not sure of the spelling. It sounded

like maultashin. It reminded me of giant raviolli (SP)? It was stuffed with veal and served with a brown gravy and carmelized onion. Any help on spelling or recipe would be appreciated.
