it's gorgeous and needs a good braise. A friend suggested birria, has anyone made it? I would love a recipe you have tried out.

I don't have one but i'm jealous. Birria is great stuff. Love the consomme

Interestingly, the two places that make it here use lamb instead of goat. I know that is not traditional.
