Honey-Lime Vinaigrette
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1 tsp. honey
1 tsp. Dijon
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 T. fresh cilantro, chopped
2/3 cup olive oil
1 T. chives, chopped
salt and pepper
In a small bowl whisk together honey, mustard, lime juice and cilantro. Add oil in a stream, whisking until emulsified. Season with salt & pepper.
