Sure, couldn't be easier. It's basically a pasta dough which is fried. Rec....

3 eggs, beaten
2 c flour + dusting the board.
pinch salt
Add eggs to flour in food processor or by hand. Knead till smooth and elastic, just like pasta dough. Cut and roll strips into pencil size ropes. Cut into 3/4 inch bits. Heat any veg oil (I like a bit of olive oil added ) to about 375. Fry, not crowding the oil, til they expand like popcorn and brown. Drain on paper towels. mix honey with sugar and bring to simmer. Proportions: about 1/2 c. honey to a tablespoon of sugar should do it. Cool and use to mix with strufoli in a large bowl just before you serve them. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles. You can make up a whole bunch and store in tins (without the honey) for at least a week, but they'll get eaten up before they stale. Hope this is all clear.

Thanks aajay, I will give this a try! I have never

fried anything before (I mean anything, not meat, not dough...) so I hope I can do it! My grandmother used to make strufoli and I would like to surprise my sisters with some on Christmas Eve!

I forgot to say that you need enough oil to float the strufoli-about 2 inches should do---

in a deep pan.
