it's delicious and holds it's shape when cut, but kinda sags a little. does that mean i did something wrong? goodness knows i'm not a pro with the candy thermometer, thankfully i had lots of eggs and corn syrup on hand as i didn't get it right the first time. anyhow, i'm mailing this stuff out and am hoping it won't all smush together in transit.

It will taste good no matter what happens to it- but it is possible you might not have cooked to a

high enough temperature to make it set up, wildwoods. Candies are pretty touchy and not "forgiving" so that is my best guess. No matter- like I say, it will taste good anyway and whomever receives it will gobble it down and be happy!
