I found someone's blog who tried Baking by Flavors' "Cranberry-Walnut Oatmeal Cookies" and they posted a photograph. It makes me want to try them.

I was searching for something using fresh cranberries since I still have a bag from the holidays.

Thanks for reading,

Ann

Hi Ann, I don't have that recipe, but if you want a great coffee cake using

fresh cranberries, the Cranberry Swirl Coffeecake I posted in T&T is fantastic.

HI Ann, I googled, and found this link (is this it)?

I have the book Baking by Flavor, and the only cookie recipe that kinda sounds like it is Soft Coconut Oatmeal Cookies with Dried Fruit, which calls for dried cherries, dried cranberries and dried apricots.

Maybe the link attached here is the one you're really looking for, as it has fresh chopped cranberries in it.

But if you want me to type in the other one, let me know.

Sandi - you beat me to it. I, too, found that in the book the only similar sounding cookie was the

Soft Coconut Oatmeal Cookie with Dried Fruit.

These sound delicious. I want to bake cookies so that I could freeze, if necessary. Thanks! NT

Ann, I have this cookbook at home. (I'm at work...what else is new)

If these other posts aren't exactly what you're looking for, give a holler and I'll post it tonight.
