at Sam's and I was looking for a way to salvage it. (I should have taken it back!)You suggested Ropa Vieja and yesterday we wanted a big project to keep us busy so we made it. We had it today wrapped in small flour tortillas with slices of avocado and sour cream and Sofrito rice on the side. Delicious! We look forward to using it other ways also...we really enjoyed it.
