in bulk, chocolatesource.com is supposed to be very good. And their prices are good. They're selling an 11 lb. (5.5kg) bloc for:$69.75. (As opposed to chocosphere.com, which is selling the same bloc for $87.50).

Another one to consider is Valrhona Gianduja, which is a 2.2 lb (1 kg) bloc.

You can find it at chocosphere for $29.15, but may be able to find a better price elsewhere. I have dealt with chocosphere before, and I must say, their customer service is excellent.

Good catch, Meryl. Barb, I've bought Callebaut Gianduja from Qzina.com

I can't remember the cost since I always buy bittersweet and semisweet at the same time. It was around $45 for a 5kg block. It's so good I had to give most of it away to get it out of the house and off of my hips.

This link shows the 5 x 11lb slabs , but I've bought one block at a time.

I love have bulk chocolate like this...it lets me be much freer with trying recipes.

Have also bought 5 pounds of Rey white chocolate wafers from them. Very nice product.

They no longer list their prices online since they adjust them quarterly. Friendly customer service...at least the one down here near Miami.
