I clipped a recipe from one of many magazines I eventually threw in the recycling bin and now I can't find it. The pancakes were delicious (and I rarely eat pancakes). I thought the recipe was from an Oprah magazine, in a feature about blueberries. I think it also included a recipe for raspberry syrup (which we didn't care for). Has anyone seen this recipe? Thanks! Ann

Syrup. Here is a link to the page.

The header in the magazine reads:

Berry Pancakes

"These pancakes need extra time to rise because they're made with yeast batter, which gives them an almost creamy consistency."

On the page with the photo "Get Ahead" Prepare the pancake batter and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
