BJ, did you buy it online? Because when I search the site, I find "Cheddar Powder" for $6.95, but that's all.

Is that the same thing?

I love cheese in any format....sometimes, the fakier, the better (is that a word..fakier? like Kraft Mac&Cheese...so bright orange it steps outside the realm of nature. I always mean to turn off the light and see if it glows nuclear orange in the dark.)

I got it from the catalog some time ago.

After I got it, I called them to make sure that it was all cheese and no powdered milk (I'm lactose intolerant).

It does not have a lot of flavor like I expected--that is why I thought maybe it had some powdered milk in it--it's all cheese.

LOL! I wonder if the cheddar Quakes (Quaker Oatmeal brand rice cakes ) I've been eating lately

have that cheddar powder on them. They're only 4% fat/4% carbs but they're very addicting.

Bummer, that's the same problem I have with the "popcorn cheese" stuff I use

It's not nuclear enough.

Gee, I guess I should be a bit more worried about what IS in the stuff I like. Probably has 14 syllables in its name and is responsible for generations of Mr. LabRat's family dying in the development of it.

Man, I used to love those until someone told me about the glycemic rating on rice cakes...

Party Pooper told me I may as well just shoot up insulin with each snackful.

Talk about bursting my cheddar-flavored bubble.

Saw right matey! I’ll just fine me some orange quackers loaded with fat - qul

QUL (Quacking Up Loudly). (Just feeling a bit ducky today...)

I think they use the mac n cheese powder as the dye when they do GI testing.

Wouldn't it show up nice and flourescent orange on the screen?
