My friend's mother used to bake a "123 Cake" in a tube or bundt pan. The closest recipe he could find was baked in either 2-8" or 2-9" pans at 325 degrees. If he wants to make it in a bundt or tube pan, I think he would use a 10-inch tube and at what temp should he bake it and for how long? TIA

Hi Sandy, I would keep the temperature as is. As far as timing is concerned, without seeing

the recipe and the ingredient amounts, I can only give a very general estimate, and that would be about 1 hour. It goes without saying, he should use the toothpick test.
