ISO: ISO: Can I freezed unbaked stuff mushrooms?

They will be filled with fresh bread crumbs, goat cheese, fresh parsely, and parmesan.

I'm trying out a recipe but it makes too much for just DH and I. But I'm worried if I freeze when I go to baked them later they will be water logged.

Your thoughts?

I think the raw mushrooms would collapse on you. It's probably better to freeze them cooked. Or,

just freeze the filling and stuff fresh mushrooms later.
