Thanks for all your advice on Prime Rib. My husband was able to be home yesterday and after much discussion decided to do it the way a friend of his suggested. 15 lbs. of meat cooked from 11:10 to 1:00 rested for 40 minutes under foil. It was delicious! For anyone that wanted well done it probably wasn't to their liking. We did serve them the end pieces with hot au jua sp?overtop.
