CathyZ posted and I would like to know if the batter portion can be made ahead. I mean hours ahead not just the 30 minutes it stands in the fridge. Would the batter be compromised at a longer wait time in the fridge? I hate doing things at the last minute and always look for ways to do ahead. Anyone? I've posted the link to Cathy's recipe.
