I've been using my large one. I used Flaxseed oil on it at first, and then for a few times after that. Mostly for bacon, and tomato sandwiches, anything that uses butter or evoo for a sauté. It is working well. Have not used the smaller one yet.

 
They were back ordered and were just shipped yesterday. I have a big 14 inch..

pan from Lodge that I love.

 
I have a 12" Lodge dutch oven from 'way back' and two porcelain on cast iron....

...7 qt. dutch ovens from Lodge. They are excellent, and a great value for the money.
