Was wondering if you can describe them. Are they crunchy? Do they last long? I am coordinating an appetizer table. Was thinking of adding additional spices either red pepper garlic, etc...Any thoughts?http://63.123.232.200/HyperNews/get/archive_swap27101-27200/27143/3.html

Oh, barb--I'm trying to recall--I must admit that I never got around to making these myself-had them

at a neighbor's house--Carolyn's.

I remember them as being light and cheesy.

I think additional flavoring would work as long as the mixtures consitency remained.
