hi Orchid, that should work. they're both egg breads and have a similar texture. sometimes Brioche

can be sweet. what a wonderful combo of ingredients smileys/smile.gif

I agree--no porblem using Challah--I couldn't find Brioche at my market on TD & used the Challah
