Charlie, I made the frozen pumpkin mousse that you posted to serve at a meeting...do you remember if you need to let it sit out at room temperature for a while before serving? If so, how long would you advise?

It looks beautiful and the little taste I had before I froze it was great...Thanks for such a good recipe...

I always like to take frozen desserts out a while--not too long on this one though--maybe 10 minutes
