If I remember correctly I took your suggestions for roasting a turkey last Christmas. It was so juicy and moist. I can't find my notes (typical of my disorganization these days)

I am in a quandry, do I do similar roasting to last year or the quicker high temp roasting this year...Help please

Hugs and best wishes to you both for this Festive Season

Hi Joanie--hoping that you are feeling better--this year I roasted...

with the high temperature method (always adapting). The bird was wonderful and juicy. I roasted my 16 pound turkey at 450 degrees for 1 3/4 hrs. The range for a 14 to 16 pounder is from 1 3/4 to 2 1/4 hrs. Just turn it front to back mid-way. This should be a good method for you in that you must cook all three separately.

Hi dear Charlie, I am able to put all three in at once, it will.....

be a squeeze but I'll just have to do it.....thanks for the high heat times...I'll try it......Does the Butter Ball packing give the ####'s somewhere or am I just not focusing too well as I don't see ###'s anywhere, LOL!
