Someone told me that in Barbara Kafka's book

"Roasting-A Simple Art" there is a recipe for Chicken Soup made with "roasted chicken bones or parts." They specifically said it was in her Roasting Cookbook not in her Soup Cookbook, but perhaps it is in both. Does anyone have this recipe to share? TIA
