ISO: ISO - Clothespin Cookie or Lady Lock cookie recipe for DH

These are little bitty cream horn style cookies that DH had when he was little. We've found them at a bakery in Pittsburg where his sister lives. We just returned from a visit there where he ate a couple dozen in 3 days LOL! But since we are in Illinois I thought I might try to make him some. The local bakery doesn't do them.

Does anyone have a recipe (hopefully tried or handed down) for these cookies?

I've googled some and have a few ideas, but would trust a recipe from the folks here much more smileys/smile.gif
