A friend gave me a few, and they were just delicious! I loved the chewy cranberries with the buttery shortbread.

I forgot to ask her for the recipe. Anyone got a T&T one out there?

 
Sandi, I checked my favorite recipe and it is almost identical to Sylvia's...

The only difference being I use regular sugar, and 2-1/2 cups flour as opposed to her 1-1/2 cups. Also, mine doesn't have nuts in it. The recipe is from Better Homes & Gardens magazine, Dec. 1996.

I've always made cookies with this dough as opposed to a standard shortbread round. After the dough is made, you can just roll it out on a floured surface and cut with cookie cutters.
