Don't know why, but I've had a Cashew craving lately, so this sounded really good to me. Made the Szechuan Chicken and I am very pleased with myself (and the recipe.) I don't think I've ever made an Asian dish before. And while I don't have a wok, and I may have goofed a couple of things up (too many separate, goofy steps) I think I did a pretty good job. Yahoo!
